Mitsuoka-Style Brain Waka （ Nouwaka ） Training" is a course to train the brain while having fun using an IPad.

It is a great way to connect with others and activate your brain through conversation and communication.

Engaging in new challenges also trains the brain to improve cognitive function and prevent nursing care.

The course includes memory games and recall quizzes using an Ipad, as well as relaxation exercises and other exercises that can be done while sitting.

A little different from general brain training, "you don't have to work hard". Let's all enjoy casual conversation and smiling time together to keep our brains, bodies and minds alive.

Even if you have never used an Ipad or other devices before, the teachers will be happy to help you.
