Our steaks are made from Kazusa Wagyu ・ Iwami Wagyu ・ Sanda Beef, seasoned with salt and pepper only, and carefully grilled over an open flame of Kishu-binchotan charcoal. Kazusa Charcoal Grilled Steak Teriyaki believes in the importance of saltiness to bring out the best flavor of the ingredients. Therefore, we serve simply prepared Kazusa Wagyu beef ・ Hyogo Sanda Beef ・ Miyazaki Beef, etc., which are grown in Kazusa, a place blessed with nature, from the mountains and the sea, and carefully and carefully raised. Our special steaks are cooked in a special furnace oven using Kishu Kinju Binchotan charcoal, seasoned only with our original blend of salt and coarsely ground pepper. The surface of the steak is grilled over the direct flame of the high-temperature binchotan charcoal, and then slowly cooked to the center using the power of far-infrared rays, so that the original flavor of the beef can be enjoyed. We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant for a special meal with your loved ones.
