The terraced rice paddies where our farm is located were the bottom of the sea more than 2,000 years ago. We realized that the land was rich in silicon and minerals, and we thought that by utilizing the sea breeze from the ocean, we could grow tasty crops. The farm's agricultural methods make the most of nature's bounty, producing "Yakujumai" and "Daichi renkon," which are full of power and have about 20 times the cohesive strength of ordinary rice.
