Double Rainbow Concert is an at-home musical event in which a total of more than 15 groups of mainly visually impaired people from Chiba Prefecture paint a shining rainbow in the hearts of all visitors through their songs and performances.
It is also a socially-contributing music event that provides information on welfare and medical care, etc. Through performances and talks by the visually impaired themselves, they also share important knowledge about visual impairment with visitors and provide them with useful information.

While this is a free admission music event, the performances are varied and include creative instrumental performances such as saxophone, shakuhachi, kokarina, and ukulele, as well as piano performances, several groups of guitar players, and this year three bands will perform ！
In addition, there will be a low-vision ・ blind willow corner, karaoke corner, and other entertainment sections ♪

① In a special slot, vocalist ・ Shinnosuke Kitahara, from Kagawa Prefecture, who has retinitis pigmentosa ！
Mr. Kitahara's beautiful low-temperature range singing voice will move the audience ♪
② NHK General in December 2023 ・ Featured on the Metropolitan Area Network ♪
③ This year, the girls of "Kokoro Dance Company" from Ichihara City will add color to the stage of Double Rainbow performers with their improvised dance ・ Chihana-chan, the fairy of "Oogahasu", the flower of Chiba City, will come to support the visually impaired in Chiba Prefecture. ！ Please take a picture with her ♪
④ A four-piece J-rock band ・ "Luminous" led by Mr. Yamazaki of Chiba Prefecture Visually Impaired Welfare Association will also be in the spotlight ！
⑤ The Kanagawa Prefecture Retinal Pigmentation Society will perform in the general category <2965> A 5 piece band led by Ms. Imamura of Kanagawa Retinitis Pigmentosa Association ・ "Show Ones", two female vocalists sing nostalgic Showa-era songs and give a great performance ！ Sing along with everyone ♪
⑥ Last year, they performed "I'm glad to be alive ♪ Mr. Makoto Yoshino of Saitama Retinitis Pigmentosa Association will appear again as a guitarist. … Don't forget your handkerchiefs! ・ Sanae Nakano, a soprano singer who is totally blind, sang beautifully and made the audience applaud ♪
⑧ For the finale, Kokoro Dance Company and Chihana-chan joined in the dance and sang "Ue wo muite aruko" as the visually impaired performers and the audience united in singing ♪.

From this year, the original character of Double Rainbow Concert, "Nijiko-chan", a girl with a white cane in her right hand and a shining rainbow above her, was born ！ She will make a rainbow of happiness for everyone gathered at the event ♪

No food or drink allowed in the hall （ Plastic bottles of water, etc. are allowed ）. If you bring your own lunch etc., please use the eating and drinking area on the 2nd floor.
Access ： ① JR Keiyo Line ・ 8 minute walk from Kaihin-Makuhari Station and north exit of Kemigawahama Station.
