The 2023 season of the "Seiwa Waku Waku Rice Farming Experience," which was very popular last year, will begin. 9 months from April to December, you can experience everything from sowing seeds to harvesting and making decorations for the New Year. By touching the seeds, soil, and harvesting rice together with your children and friends, you will gain "the joy of growing rice", "the importance of food", and "a sight to remember".

Authentic decorations for the New Year ：
Let's make authentic decorations like those sold in stores by ourselves ！ The key to making beautiful decorations is in the straw （ straw ）. Instead of straw harvested by combine （ machines ）, ancient rice straw is cleanly harvested and dried in the sun （ using the traditional method ） of odagake to create beautiful straw for decorations that still has a blue tinge. Professional instruction is provided on how to make this process.

12/17 （ Sun ） 9:00 ～ Making ornaments

Eligibility ：
Elementary school students and older accompanied by their parents （ However, elementary school students and younger may participate if the organizers agree ）
Participation is by groups, one group is one family or friends （ about 1-4 people ）.

Capacity ：
15 groups （ We will close the program when we reach capacity ）

Fee ：
5,000 yen per group

Adjacent farmland of Seiwa Community Center
