Dream Life Coaching Learning from Nature

I, （ Principal, Toyoshima ） have accompanied various young people who have gathered at the nature school to discuss their career paths, love lives, and other problems.


Also, when I talk about the role of various living creatures （ biodiversity ） as a nature guide, I talk about the role of humans in society （ human diversity ）, the mythology of stars as a night sky guide, the history of the earth and evolution of living things as an expedition to unexplored places, etc. The knowledge and information we impart at the nature school is vast.

One person commented to me that he felt as if he had received good coaching.

Perhaps what we do at the nature school is similar to coaching. By coming into contact with nature, we cultivate various sensibilities and broaden our curiosity. The original experiences learned from these experiences will become not just knowledge, but wisdom, and will become the power to realize one's dreams and break through difficulties in various situations in one's life.

Therefore, we decided to start coaching for Principal （ Toyoshima ）. Unlike conventional coaching, we don't think of setting a goal and heading in a straight line. There are many difficulties and obstacles in life and work, and it is not easy to make dreams come true in a straight line.

At such times, I take hints from nature, and when I cannot go up like a tree, I grow roots downwards, and now is the time to accumulate plenty of knowledge and education, etc. I receive wisdom to live from various forms of nature and connect it to the realization of my dreams, I do not give advice but take hints from nature.

Some people have strong opinions, strong pet theories, and when you are weak, you take such people's opinions and depend on them. ？

Just as most people do not succeed even if they read a book on success, it is one thing to know something as knowledge, but it is another thing to be able to demonstrate it in the environment you are in.

In such a case, it is good to learn from experts and people, but I believe that learning from nature will not be a big mistake. After running a nature school for many years, I feel that in the immediate future, it may indeed be easier to get results by learning from the latest brain science, theories, success laws, or self-help gurus, but in the long run, learning from nature will really put you on the path you want to be on. If you don't have the energy to go for your dream, there is no need to force yourself to go for it, and in such cases, I will be there for you while chatting.
