Nekonosu is a privately run shelter that includes a shelter cat cafe and a small shelter zoo.
We keep a variety of protected animals including protected cats, protected dogs, birds, owls, monkeys, fennecks, capybaras, flamingos, otters, etc. We always have over 150 protected cats and about 100 other protected animals. Protected cats are taken care of 24/7 ～ We are looking for foster homes every day of the year.

Neko no Suhonkan （ Togane, Chiba ） has more than 20 staff including volunteers.

The park operates under a system whereby those who do not find foster homes remain in the park as animal staff at the shelter cat café and are free to live out the rest of their lives.
Following the example of Tierheim, Germany, we do not receive any animal-related subsidies in order to make equal recommendations to the government regarding animal welfare and the problem of killing, and we aim to create a protection system that is self-sustaining and self-reliant with the income from the admission fees of the shelter cat café and zoo.

In order to solve the problem of animal killings, we need to change the way the pet industry works, so we would like to challenge various projects regardless of genre in order to improve our ability to communicate on youtube.

We aim to be an open shelter, so you can freely interact with our shelter animals just as you would in a cat cafe or zoo. Please feel free to visit us.
