総武本線稲毛駅周辺のこと教えていただけますか？

広島から転勤で千葉に引っ越すことになり、ただいま物件探しをしている者です。総武本線稲毛駅周辺に住むとすれば 総合的に どこが おすすめ地区でしょうか？住環境 便利さその他いろいろ…個人的な考えでも結構ですので。ちなみに 小学生（公立小学校希望）と幼稚園の子が います。‘評判のいい小学校や幼稚園や小児科等が この辺りにあるよ’というような情報でもかまいませんので よろしくお願いします。とりあえずはフツーのサラリーマン家庭の方がたくさん住んでいらっしゃるようなところを 探してはいるのですが…

稲毛に住んで１年になります。家を購入したのでその時の情報や、住んでみてわかったことなどを聞いてくださいね。全て個人的な考えですが、お勧めは、駅１０分以内の稲毛東か小仲台です。バスは駅までの渋滞に巻き込まれるので時間が読めません。★私が引っ越して思ったことは、ゴミの出し方が激しいので、ゴミ置き場の近くの家は購入を慎重に・・・★後はスーパーがマルエツかジャスコしかないので注意です。★稲毛地区には公園などは多数ありますよ。ただ、まだまだ暗い道も多いので怖い場所もあります。★子供はまだですが、知ってることがあればお答えしますね。
