Appearance of wild boars

Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Division informs.

Currently, wild boars have been confirmed near the east side of the Mokoshi Mountain Shrine in the Maruyama area.
Wild boars are very dangerous when excited. Shouting or running suddenly may cause wild boars to become agitated. If you see a wild boar, quietly leave the area. Also, because wild boars overreact to dogs, residents in the vicinity are asked to exercise caution when walking their dogs.
