A ． ⇒ In little league baseball, there is a strict pitch limit of 85 in the majors and 75 in the minors.
In addition, rules require the wearing of chest protection pads, etc.
Since this sport originated in the United States, there are many rules to protect growing children.

In addition, our team takes enough time to stretch before practice to prevent injuries.
