新型コロナウイルス対策として三密を避けるため、下記対応を取らせていただきます。
①密閉→堂内窓開
②密集→最大定員を半分以下に下げる
③密接での会話→堂内、マスクなしでの私語厳禁
④咳エチケットの徹底→咳やくしゃみをする際にタオル•ハンカチ•袖を使って、口や鼻をおさえる
受付•入堂は、9:45～9:55となります。
お話しは庭にてお済ませ下さい。

🔵持物 ヨガマットorバスタオル、水、マスク
（マットレンタル100円、数に限りあり）
🔵参加灯明料 1000円
（住職のプチ法話あり）

①事前練習会11/20,11/24,12/8,12/22のいずれかにご参加いただいた方。
②現在、または過去に健康上の問題がある方、必ず事前に医師の診断•許可を得てご参加下さい。
③慢性疾患や痛みがある場合は、ご自身の責任と判断でレッスンにご参加下さい。
