Four years have passed since the Yachiyo City Sign Language Ordinance was enacted.
Sign language is a language. Some people speak not only Japanese but also other languages such as foreign languages.
There are people who speak sign language as well as English.
We hope this event will be a good opportunity for everyone to come into contact with sign language.
