"Acclimation of the body to heat" is called "heat acclimatization ( )." In the Kanto area, it is desirable to have measures in place for heat acclimatization from late May ( Japan Weather Association, "Heat Acclimatization Front" ). The time required for heat acclimatization is said to range from a few days to two weeks, depending on the individual.

[Let your body acclimatize to the heat before the real heat arrives]
Your child's body can accelerate heat acclimatization by playing outside on a regular basis. Adults should also acclimate their bodies to heat to a reasonable extent by playing outside with their children and taking baths with them to sweat before the risk of heat stroke increases.

< Examples of measures for heat acclimatization in adults >
・ Walking ( Exercise guidelines : 30 minutes per session ) or jogging ( Exercise guidelines : 1 5 minutes ) 5 times a week
・ Cycling ( Exercise : 30 minutes ) 3 times a week
・ Moderate Exercise ( Strength training, stretching or anything that causes moderate sweat ) ( Exercise guidelines : 30 minutes per session ) 5 times a week ~ Daily
・ Bathing ( Something in a hot tub, not just a shower ) every 2 days

Other things, shopping, commuting ・ to school, club activities, physical education classes, walking the dog, lessons, etc. Sweating in a reasonable amount in daily life will help heat acclimatization.

The following links provide explanations of heat acclimatization and check how well you are acclimatized to the heat.

Adults should take care of their own hydration, heat acclimatization, and health as well as their children's heat stroke prevention.
