★ Influenza usually spreads in winter, but there have been reports of class closures since early after summer vacation. ★ Influenza

In rare cases, acute encephalopathy may occur in children, and pneumonia may occur in the elderly or immunocompromised people.

・ Maintain moderate humidity （ 50-60% ）.
・ Get enough nutrition and sleep to increase your resistance.
・ Elderly people and those with underlying medical conditions tend to have more severe symptoms, so wear a mask when going out into crowds or downtown areas.
・ With the high temperatures this summer, people often spend time in air-conditioned rooms, which may lead to the spread of infection due to inadequate ventilation. Ventilate your room frequently.

★ Cough Etiquette - Don't pass it on to others
・ Cough ・ If you sneeze, wear a mask to prevent others from catching it.
・ If you have symptoms of coughing or sneezing and do not have a mask, hold your mouth and nose with a tissue, turn your face away from other people and stay at least 1 meter away.
・ Nasal discharge ・ Throw tissues containing phlegm, etc. into the trash immediately.
