A suspicious caller has been receiving a suspicious phone call with a guidance voice that deceives NTT, saying "This is to inform you about an unpaid charge.
This call is a fraudulent caller who asks for fictitious unpaid charges, and asks the caller to prepare [money] or to purchase [electronic money] at a convenience store, etc., and then gives the caller the number of the electronic money.
The caller will also attempt to obtain [personal information] about you or your family members under the guise of [confirmation of subscriber].
If the caller mentions [money], [electronic money], or [personal information], it is a scam.
Also, if the phone number on the other end begins with [ ＋ ], it is likely that the scam group is calling from overseas, using an international phone number.
If you receive a suspicious call, talk to a family member or the police.
Always leave your landline phone on voicemail and be wary of international phone numbers.
