The restoration work of the library system, which was stopped due to the power outage, has been completed, and from 9:00 a.m. on February 14 (Wed.), you can borrow and reserve materials at Owada Library, Yachiyodai Library, Katsutadai Library and Midorigaoka Library except Central Library. The dedicated website of the Yachiyo City Library is also available. We apologize again for any inconvenience this may cause to our citizens.

Please note that the due date for returning books is as follows.

・ Return Due Date
The due date for the return of loaned materials whose due date falls between January 24 and February 11 has been changed to February 27 (Tuesday).
・ Regarding the due date of reserve materials
The due date of reserve materials received from Owada, Yachiyodai, Katsutadai and Midorigaoka libraries, which are held from January 24 to February 11, has been changed to February 22 (Thursday).
The due date of the materials at the Central Library was changed from January 24 to February 11. Please wait for the notice from the library for the reserved materials that are available at the Central Library, as they will be handled separately.

In addition, the collection check scheduled in February will be cancelled and Owada, Yachiyodai, Katsutadai and Midorigaoka libraries will be open normally from February 20 (Tue.) to 22 (Thu.).
