*Households that receive a confirmation letter are requested to confirm whether they meet the requirements for the grant, fill in the required information, attach the necessary documents, and return the confirmation letter with the enclosed return envelope.

・ Households whose households have changed since October 1, 2022
・ Households that received benefits last time by a method other than transfer to an account in the name of the head of household
● The following households will not receive notices, etc. （ Application procedures are required. ）
・ Households that include a person who moved in after January 2, 2023
・ Households that include an undeclared person in the household
