In order to prevent victims of telephone deception, the Kashiwa Police Department is currently distributing "crime prevention phone recorders" free of charge, with police officers visiting households where people 65 years of age or older reside.
The distribution is available to those who meet all of the following conditions, so please apply for one if you wish to receive one.
Please note that applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will be closed as soon as the stock runs out.

[Distribution Conditions]
・ Residents of Kashiwa City who are 65 years old or older, or who live with a person 65 years old or older
（ Excluding households that have already installed countermeasure equipment. ）
・ Those who agree to be visited and installed by police personnel
・ Those who can cooperate with a questionnaire twice, once at the time of installation and again afterwards
