Lifestyle related diseases are diseases caused by lifestyle habits such as diet, exercise, smoking and alcohol consumption. Lifestyle-related diseases include arteriosclerosis ・ diabetes ・ hypertension ・ dyslipidemia ・ myocardial infarction ・ angina pectoris ・ cerebral infarction ・ cancer ・ and periodontal disease, many of which progress without subjective symptoms. Many of these diseases progress without any symptoms. Why don't you join this class, reflect on your lifestyle habits, and learn together?

◆Target
People aged 40-74 years old who are eligible for at least one of the items listed in the table below （ to ） and who are able to participate in all days of the class （ ）
People who are not eligible for specific health guidance in 2023 <2065> (1)blood pressure 130 ／ 85mmHg or more
(2)triglyceride 150mg/dl or more
(3)LDL 120mg/dl or more
(4)HDL <40mg/dl
(5)fasting blood sugar 100mg/dl
(6)HbA1c5 ． 6% or more

2 times 1 course （ In addition to the following dates, there will be individual interview ）

Basic knowledge about lifestyle-related diseases ・ Exercise Diet ・ Lecture on teeth, practical exercise, and individual action goals to improve lifestyle.
