（ 1 ） City's response from November [Health and Children's Department]

In addition, the number of outbreaks in the whole country has also been decreasing. In addition, the influenza epidemic is continuing nationwide, and Chiba Prefecture issued an "influenza alert" on September 20, with the latest （ outbreaks from October 9 to 15 ） in the jurisdiction of Noda Public Health Center totaling 9.43 cases per fixed point. This is a decrease from the previous week, but the number of reports remains high.
The notice from the prefecture also calls for thorough hand washing and cough etiquette, etc. once again, not only for prevention of new coronavirus infection, but also for prevention of influenza.
In light of the above, it was decided to strengthen awareness-raising through city newsletters and the city home page, etc., and to continue the infection control measures that were set to continue until the end of October, which will continue until the end of November.

Due to the additional supply of vaccines from the government, approximately 12,000 reservations have been accepted since October 24, and at present there is space in the reservation quota. We would like to ask for your understanding that the supply of vaccines continues to be limited, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our citizens. As soon as additional vaccine supply information is provided by the government, we will make this information known in the city newsletter and on our website.
