On October 26, 2023, at around 8:00 a.m., a suspicious person passed by and touched a child on the arm in Narashinodai 2-chome, Funabashi City.

The suspicious person is described as
age ： about 40 years old
height ： about 170cm
build ： normal
jacket ： blackish jumper
lower garment ： black long pants male.

Parents are reminded to make sure their children say "no," "no," and "I won't go," and to make sure they know "where they are going," "who is accompanying them," and "when they will be home," and to have them carry a security buzzer or cell phone when they go out.
