Such calls are a scam.
To avoid being victimized, it is important not to talk to the perpetrator.
Set your landline to voicemail and use security devices such as call recording devices with warnings ・.
For cell phones, use the answering machine function and listen to messages on the answering machine before calling back from unknown numbers.
