<令和5年度　高齢者インフルエンザワクチン予防接種のお知らせ>

Preliminary checkup sheets were mailed to those eligible on September 15(金\.) From October 1(日), those who have reached the eligible age can be vaccinated. If you wish to be inoculated, please check with the commissioned medical institution and inoculate yourself by the end of December.
*Inoculation is available until January 15, 2024 for those who will turn 65 years old during the implementation period, but whose birthday falls on or after December 10 (those born between December 10, 1958 and January 1, 1959) due to the short inoculation period (limited to medical institutions commissioned by the city).

[Eligible persons]
Citizens who fall under the following ① or ②
① Those who are 65 years old or older on the day of vaccination
(Those born after October 1, 1958 should be vaccinated after turning 65)
② Those who have a certain disability and are at least 60 years old on the day of vaccination ）
(Those born on or after October 1, 1963 should be vaccinated after turning 60 years old)
※If you are vaccinated before reaching the eligible age or outside the period, you will have to pay the full amount of the vaccination. Please be aware of this.

*Concurrent vaccination with the new coronavirus vaccine is available.
