This is an announcement from the Futtsu City Council for Pest Control.
Damage to crops and appearance in urban areas by wild animals such as wild boars, deer, Japanese monkeys, raccoons, and civets have become a serious problem in Futtsu City.
To address this problem, it is necessary to understand the ecology of these animals and to promote community-wide measures to prevent damage. The lecture will focus on subjects such as the ecology and measures of wild animals necessary for damage reduction and capture, methods of monkey herd management, measures to prevent wild boars from appearing in residential areas, and methods of community-wide beast damage countermeasures. There will also be time for a Q&A session to answer a wide range of everyday issues and problems, so please feel free to attend.
