The city has been promoting ICT measures in accordance with the "Yachiyo City ICT Utilization Promotion Guidelines" formulated in March 2021 and the "Yachiyo City ICT Utilization Promotion Plan" based on these guidelines, but the spread of the new type coronavirus However, the spread of the new coronavirus revealed a number of issues, including delays in responding to digitization and the need to fundamentally review work methods that are based on face-to-face meetings with documents ・ and seals ・ stamped on them.

The draft has now been compiled.
