As the deadline for applying for miner points is at the end of September, a window will be opened on the following dates.

September 29 （ Friday ） 5:00 pm to 7:45 pm
[Location] Citizen Section, City Hall 1st Floor

*On September 29, from 5:00 pm to 7:45 pm, only issuance of My Number Card is available. to 7:45 p.m. will be the only time to receive your My Number Card. Please use the regular office hours or Sunday office hours for procedures such as renewal of electronic certificates or change of card face.
On September 24, we will also provide assistance with the Mynapoint application process.


Appointments can be made in advance for card issuance. We recommend you to make an appointment in advance at the following phone number.
Assistance for point application procedures will be provided in the order of receipt, so please arrive well in advance.
Please do not wait for the application deadline, but make an appointment as soon as possible, as there is a possibility that the procedure may not be completed depending on how crowded it is.

In addition, if you renew your electronic certificate ・ or issue a new one, you will not be able to apply for Minerpoint for a certain period of time （ the next day or two ）, so please apply as soon as possible.
If you are not sure about the issuance status of your digital certificate, please come to the office in person or call the phone number below by Monday, 25th （ ）.
