We have lessons twice a month at the Kanada Community Center.

November 8 （ Wed ） 13 ： 45 ～ 15 ： 05 （ 2nd floor meeting room ）
November 22 （ Wed 13 ： 45 ～ 15 ： 05 （ 2nd floor workshop room ）

Conditioning is a popular physical conditioning exercise.
We will take out the body's habits, put it back into the correct position, and then
