I've been a visiting beautician for
8 years now ｡

I am getting used to many things ！



Lately I often dream
of a customer who has an appointment tomorrow
I don't know his address

Those who know me personally
know that
I'm a bit of a goofball
but that doesn't mean
I can't fail
！ ！



Although I've recently learned to
prepare quickly before a visit

I'm used to it, and there are many things
I can omit or
do wrong
I have to rethink （ ; mistakes I shouldn't have made ; ; ）



I had double booked and
double booked my reservation.

The reservation was made several days in advance,
it was changed by a later customer.



We are really sorry
for the inconvenience.

The same mistake ､ has happened twice before.
Mistook the date of the reservation for the next day.
I rushed ､
to the customer's call.

I was going to be a little late
I called and said 'tomorrow'

still a serious mistake ！

I must reflect.

this is the third major failure.

92 year old mother-in-law who has a chronic illness.

I may have to inconvenience our guests
in the future 😓
