[Beware of scams claiming unpaid fees you don't remember]
We have received many consultations regarding fraudulent tactics in which people receive phone calls claiming to be from real companies or public institutions such as "NTT Finance" and are asked to pay fictitious unpaid fees such as usage fees for sites they don't remember.
[Advice]
Any method that instructs you to purchase an electronic money card at a convenience store, etc. and asks you to provide your number is a scam. If you receive a call from a blocked number or an unknown number, do not answer, do not listen to the caller, and do not call back to prevent problems.
