UBC Canadian Universities

It's almost graduation season for universities in Canada and the U.S. Here is my daughter's graduation from a Canadian university two years ago.
First of all, let me introduce the university.

The name is The British Columbia University. Commonly known as UBC, it is located in the west end of Vancouver. The bus loop on campus provides a constant flow of buses to and from various locations in and out of the city.

It takes about 30 minutes by bus from downtown. After the first hole, you will cross the road whose name has been changed from 10th Avenue to University Boulevard, and after the 9th hole, you will go back to the other side to start the second half of the course. Birds and squirrels are after them and will take them away while you are hitting your tee shot. After golfing, I enjoyed Buffalo Wing (バッファローイング) with a beer at the pub in the clubhouse.

Surrounded by forest and ocean on three sides, the campus is about 400 hectares (4 square kilometers, or 87 times the size of Tokyo Dome ）) in size. The campus has student dormitories, residential facilities for faculty and staff, a supermarket, a fitness center, pubs, restaurants, accommodations, a concert hall where the graduation ceremony was held, the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, and the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, which was used as the portrait on the 5,000 yen bill in 1933. The Chan Centre for the Performing Arts, the Nitobe Memorial Gatden, the Museum of Anthropology, and other facilities open to the public are all located in the city.
