Video Reporting System （ Live119 ） is now in operation.

Live119 ） is a system that enables firefighters and fire department command and control personnel to send and receive video images of the injured or sick and the detailed situation at the disaster site.
In addition to the voice 119 call, the system is expected to improve the lifesaving rate through rapid ・ and accurate firefighting activities and more effective first aid by communicating via video.

When a call is made from a smartphone and the fire department deems it necessary, it will request the caller's cooperation in sending images. No prior registration or application download is required.
