Phone De Fraud （ Refund Fraud ） Preliminary Phone Calls

Today, in the Togane Police Station area, a person claiming to be a city hall employee said, "I am from the Health Insurance Section. I sent you a sealed envelope for your insurance but did not receive a reply, so I called you back. The caller states, "I sent you a letter enclosing my insurance policy, but I haven't received a reply.
This is a precursor call to a phone deception. If you receive such a call, be sure to consult your family or the police.
