Chiba City ： Attempted Robbery in an Adjacent City

Today （ August 14, ） at around 4:35 a.m., a man is at large in an attempted robbery with a knife-like object that occurred in Ichihara City, according to the Ichihara Police Department.
The offender is described as
age about 40 years old
height about 165cm
body size skinny
clothing jacket ochre hoodie
underwear black pants
wearing black mask-like object
and is running away using a bicycle.
Citizens are advised to be very careful not to respond carelessly to similar suspicious men.
