Beware of calls that say "we have money back （ refund ）" ！.

We are currently receiving suspicious phone calls in Wakaba Ward, claiming to be from ward office employees.
The caller states,
I sent you the medical insurance documents, but the due date is approaching.
I need the procedure immediately.
In the meantime, I need your cell phone number.

This is a 'refund fraud' call.
After this, the criminal will
lead you to an ATM machine and make you follow the instructions on your cell phone to transfer money
or
come to your home to pick up your card
with the reason that your cash card needs to be replaced.
To avoid becoming a victim of fraud, we ask for your cooperation in taking measures to protect your telephone equipment, such as "setting an answering machine".
