An attempted robbery occurred at a convenience store located at Tomisato 2-chome, Kashiwa City at around 8:55 am on May 11, 2012.
The offender was
one man in his 30s or 40s
about 160cm tall
skinny build
black down jacket, black short sleeve shirt
black sweatshirt
black knit cap, white mask, black Possesses tote bag
.
The suspect came to a convenience store, held a knife-like object at the cash register and threatened the clerk, saying, "Give me the money." He then threatened the clerk at the cash register with a knife-like object, but fled without accomplishing his goal.
The perpetrator then fled in the direction of Minami Kashiwa Station.
