Yachiyo Event Information Mail [Dementia Prevention Lecture] (Japanese only)

We will conduct an exercise called "Cognize" which uses your head and body.
Let's enjoy brain training while moving your body.

Course B
Date and Time: October 23(月) 10:00〜11:30min
Place: Daicho Park （ If cancelled due to rain ）
Course C
Date and time: October 24th (Tuesday), 10:00-11:30am
Location: Kamitakanohara Union Community Hall

*The same contents for the three courses.

People 65 years old and over

●Capacity
First 15 people for each course

●Things to bring
Drink ， Athletic shoes ， Shoes for Course C participants only
