On November 20, 2024, at around 0:55 p.m., a female high school student was approached by a suspicious person while she was returning home in Honmachi, Chuo-ku, Chiba City.
The suspicious person is described as

height, about 170cm

head, shoulder length black hair
male wearing a gray cap hat
