Beware of Phone De Fraud ！.

Today, an elderly person living in Hiraiso, Chikura-cho, Minami-Boso City, received a phone call from a person claiming to be his/her grandchild.
The caller said, "I know Grandma ？ I called you at noon but you went out ？" and hung up.
Such a call is a scam.
Even if the caller claims to be a relative, do not immediately trust them and do not give any information about whether they are home or not, or how much cash they have in storage. Hang up on suspicious calls and consult a family member or the police. To prevent damage, it is important to set your home landline to voicemail even when you are at home and do not talk to the person on the other end of the line.
