The Barrier-Free Concert will be held to deepen interaction between people with and without disabilities through songs, performances, and other stage presentations. In addition to users of facilities for the disabled in the city, members of the Liaison Association of Organizations for the Disabled, and students from special-needs classes at elementary and junior high schools in the city, many students from elementary and junior high schools in the city will also perform this year.
