Alert for approaching Typhoon No. 7

According to the Choshi District Meteorological Observatory, Typhoon No. 7 （ Ampyr ） is expected to approach Chiba Prefecture on （ Friday, March 16 ）.

If the typhoon's path takes the west side of the forecast circle, the storm may cause damage comparable to that caused by Typhoon Boso Peninsula in 2048.

Please continue to check your disaster preparedness and implement countermeasures.
