Characteristics are
・ about 160cm tall, skinny
・ shaved head with gray hair
・ clothing unknown （ usually wears gray polo shirt on top and gray jersey on bottom ）
blue sandals
・ riding a bicycle （ black ）
・ age in his 80s
is male.
