●Application for Inheritance Registration is Mandatory
Since April 2024, it has been mandatory to apply for inheritance registration of real estate. Inheritance registration is required within 3 years from the date of knowledge of acquisition of ownership by inheritance. If the owner died before March 2024, but the inheritance has not yet been registered, the registration must be made by March 2027.
