According to TEPCO, ， July 25, （ Tuesday ） from 16:07 ， some areas in （ Aobadai 1-chome ， Minamimasuo 2-chome ， Minamimasuo 4-chome ， Minamimasuo 6-chome ， Minamimasuo 7-chome ） are without power. Power is out in Minami-Masuo 4-chome
