On May 22 ( Wednesday ) at 11:00 a.m., the Fire and Disaster Management Agency will conduct a nationwide drill to communicate information on the National Instant Warning System ( J-Alert ). Noda City will participate in this drill and make a drill broadcast using the city's disaster prevention administrative radio.
The drill broadcast is to test that emergency information sent from the government by J-Alert will be reliably transmitted to citizens through the city's disaster prevention administrative radio in the event of an emergency situation such as an earthquake or armed attack.
In addition, Mame-mail will also distribute test e-mails in coordination with J-Alert.
*Drills may be cancelled due to the occurrence of a disaster or weather conditions.
