Suspicious Phone Call Information （ Phone De Scam Appointment Calls ）

Today, in the Togane Police Station area, a person pretending to be an employee of the city hall asked, "I have mailed you the documents for your refund, have you checked?" Please tell us which bank you use.
This is a suspicious phone call from a person claiming to be a "refund scammer". This is a precursor call to a telephone deception called "refund fraud" （ This is an appointment call ）.
