Suspicious phone calls have been received in the city that appear to be a phone de scam, deceiving the city office.

If you are told in the phone call that
・ a letter regarding refund procedure has been sent
・ you can proceed at ATM
・ urgent procedure required
please suspect fraud.

You cannot process your refund at an ATM.

If you receive a suspicious call, please call 110 or call the Futtsu Police Station.
