Any calls from someone claiming to be a relative, police officer, city hall, financial institution, etc., offering money, cash cards, etc., are a scam.
Hang up the phone immediately and call 110.

If you set your landline phone to an answering machine or use a phone with a call recording function, you can prevent damage because scammers do not like to be recorded and will hang up on you.
