DT Diphtheria （ Diphtheria ・ Tetanus ） Immunization

DT Diphtheria （ Diphtheria ・ Tetanus ） Immunization is only one immunization given between the ages of 11-13 years.
Vaccination is given to children who have completed triple （ DPT ） or quadruple （ DPT-IPV vaccine) immunization as infants to ensure immunity.

Preliminary checkup sheets have been distributed through schools to all 6th grade elementary school students in the city. （ Individual notification will be given to those who attend elementary schools outside the city ）
Plan ahead, such as during summer vacation, so that you can have your child immunized within the 6th grade year, which is the standard immunization period.
