Jan. 20 （ Sat. ） We received information today that a child was almost grabbed by an unknown man by his clothes in the vicinity of Maehara-higashi 3-chome at around 2:00 p.m.
The police have been notified. The man was described as about 50-60 years old, about 161-165 cm tall, wearing a baseball cap, white mask, and a green jumper. If you encounter a suspicious person, do not hesitate to tell him to run away, shout, ring the security buzzer, or call for help immediately and call 110.
