On-site application support for My Number Card in February, on-site application accepted

We are pleased to announce our schedule for February for on-site application support and on-site application acceptance for your My Number Card.
Please apply for it when you are shopping or taking a walk.

▼ What you can do at the on-site application window
(1)On-site application support
Taking your face photo （ Free ） including No appointment is required, and you can complete the application process without any need for an appointment. My number card can be picked up at the counter of Citizen's Division of City Hall.
(2)On-site application reception
In addition to application support, you can bring the required documents for identification verification procedures. You can receive your My Number Card by personalized mail.

Those who have resident registration in Ichihara City and are applying for a My Number Card for the first time

Nothing to bring when applying There is nothing you need to bring when you apply.
*When you receive your card, we will check your face and identity document.


Please bring one of the following documents for identification （ （ A ） or （ B ） ）.
（ A ） ： Notification card + photo issued by public office （ e.g. ： Driver's license, driving record certificate, passport, disability certificate, residence card, etc. ） 1 item
（ B ） :notification card +A card that contains "Name ・ Address" or "Name ・ Date of birth" and is recognized as appropriate by the mayor （ Example ： Health insurance card, nursing care insurance card, medical care receiver card, pension book, pension certificate, student card, etc. ） 2 points
